We will calendar a handoff meeting to explain your custom, user-friendly guide with instructions for staff to easily apply updates to your new website. For an additional cost, our optional–yet recommended–maintenance contracts include:
Monthly Performance Reporting: Monthly Performance Reporting: We deliver detailed performance reports that summarize the results of our Quality Assurance checks. This includes insights on link status, page load times, and any identified issues along with recommended actions–if we don’t feel comfortable fixing them without your approval. Our reporting keeps you informed about your website’s health and performance.
Priority Technical Support: Support to troubleshoot issues, respond to technical inquiries, and resolve any problems that may arise for up to 5 hours a month. Your hours rollover if you don’t use them–and if you don’t use them w/in a calendar year we can discuss a refresh of two major pages of your website to give frequent viewers a new experience.
Analytics: Quarterly marketing support sharing how you might increase traffic to your website including how to utilize the site in tandem with social media or other CMS campaigns.
Two annual check in meetings with our tech team for general questions, brainstorming and feedback.
