I'm Janerick Holmes, a capacity building specialist, facilitator, and web developer with more than a decade in the social justice sector. I bring an insider's perspective to every project, working across two integrated tracks:

Web & Design. I build the digital tools advocacy requires, from accessible websites and brand identities to strategic reports and data visualization.

Program & Curriculum Design. I design learning experiences that build capacity for change, architecting leadership fellowships, communities of practice, and facilitated training programs.
