NBWJI Navigation Update: Proposed Changes

Two menu changes

1. The menu item "How We Work" is renamed to "Research to Policy." Same dropdown, same pages, new name. Why: you want to amplify the fact that you are a research organization; this puts research in your top navigation, on every page of the site.
2. Data Hub joins the main navigation bar as its own item, between Research to Policy and Who We Are. It links to your existing school pushout data hub. Why: your theory of change names interactive dashboards among your core research outputs; this puts yours where visitors can actually find it.

Why training here and not policy: your reentry work does both, but what I believe I'm hearing is that being a training and assistance provider is a continued priority. If that's right, this link sends reentry page visitors straight to your TA work, both the providers your trainings serve and the funders who need to see what you offer. Easy to switch to your policy page if you'd rather push reentry traffic there.

Research links open your library at nbwji.org/resources; training links open nbwji.org/training-and-assistance; the policy link opens nbwji.org/policy. Downstream considerations: after the library rebuild, the same resources address opens the new filterable library, and these links can then jump straight to their topic.
